Privacy policy

Effective October 2, 2026

Who we are

This website, dendera.ai, is run by Seismic LLC, 138 Delta Ave, Paonia, CO 81428, United States. We decide how the personal information described here is used and are responsible for it. You can reach us at hello@dendera.ai. This policy covers the website only; the Dendera app has its own privacy policy, shown when you create an account.

What we collect

If you request an invitation, we collect the email address you enter. Nothing else on this website asks for personal information.

The website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising. Its fonts are served from this website, so loading a page does not contact any other company. Vercel, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver pages and protect the service, and keeps its own request logs for a limited time under its own terms.

How we use your address

We use your email address only to write to you about your invitation to Dendera. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking us to remove your address.

Who processes it

Your address is stored in a contact list at Resend, the company that delivers our email. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both process information for us under their own terms, in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Where UK or EU law requires a safeguard for that transfer, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to invite you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your address, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to hello@dendera.ai. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete or correct it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Age

Dendera accounts are for people aged 16 and over. Please do not request an invitation if you are younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
