These terms cover your use of dendera.ai, run by Seismic LLC, 138 Delta Ave, Paonia, CO 81428, United States. Using the Dendera app is covered by its own terms, which you accept when you create an account.

Information, not advice

The website describes Dendera, a research tool for astrology. Nothing here is medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Invitations

Dendera is in closed beta. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee one, and we decide when and to whom invitations go.

The library and other websites

The works listed in the library are in the public domain. Links to where their texts came from lead to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Our content

The website’s own text and design belong to Seismic LLC. You may quote and link to them; please do not copy the site as a whole.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is,” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Delta County, Colorado, and either of us may use a small-claims court instead. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights these terms cannot remove, those rights still apply.
